Sicilian Foods

I mentioned earlier in my blog (many months ago) that most stores have paintings on their roll down doors, often representing their business. The one on the left in this picture is for a hair dresser... The one on the right is a Sicilian cafe. I actually have seen this symbolism for Sicilian food a lot. What the picture shows is a fried rice ball eating a cannolo (singular of cannoli). It always makes me smile!
